Rapid Chloride Permeability Test (RCPT)
This test checks how easily chloride ions can pass through concrete. It helps measure the concrete’s resistance to corrosion, especially in areas exposed to saltwater or chemicals. A concrete sample is tested using an electrical charge to see how much current passes through it over 6 hours.
